5. Drink Plenty of Water
Finding the time to drink plenty of water during the day at home can be difficult. However, travelers can find it even more of a challenge to drink a sufficient amount of water when traveling. To make sure you stay properly hydrated, you can carry a bottle of water with you at all times. This is especially important if you’re sweating and doing a great deal of physical activity throughout the day.
Staying in shape while traveling can be easy if you set time aside each day for some sort of physical activity.
