Moving Around a Spreadsheet
These two keyboard shortcuts allow you to quickly move from one end of your spreadsheet to the other. Pressing Ctrl+Home places your cursor in the first cell in the sheet (A1). Ctrl+End places your cursor in the last cell on the sheet that contains data.
Moving Around Rows
These two keyboard shortcuts help you quickly move from one end of a row to the other. Pressing the Home key moves your cursor to the first cell of the current row. Pressing the End key moves your cursor to the last cell of the current row that contains data.
These two keyboard shortcuts make it easy to enter formulas and functions into cells. Ctrl+F2 opens the Function Wizard, which walks you through building a function. Shft+Ctrl+F2 moves the cursor to the input line where you can enter a formula into the current cell.

These two keyboard shortcuts let you quickly group and ungroup a range of cells. Select a range and press F12 to group the selected data. Press Ctrl+F12 to ungroup the selected data.
Reviewing a Spreadsheet
These two keyboard shortcuts help you make sure the text in your spreadsheet is written just the way you want it. Press the F7 key to check the spelling in the current sheet. Pressing Ctrl+F7 in a cell that contains text will open the thesaurus to find synonyms for the selected word.
